We are a Transitional Housing-Rapid Rehousing (TH-RRH) service provider, ensuring that young people have access to a 24-hour crisis bed with a pathway of up to three years of housing assistance and wrap around supports.
We offer a drop in center to youth and young adults ages, 12-24, who are looking for a safe space, to make new friends, play video games, get homework help, take a shower, access a hot meal, hygiene products, lockers, washer/dryer or other basic need and wrap around support.
